Cheques should be made out to Matthew Blakely and sent to the address at the top of this form. Upon receipt of the cheque the order will be sent by Royal Mail. Availability and postage will be confirmed by email.

If any of the contents are broken upon delivery the cost of item(s) will be refunded or replaced. I need the broken item(s) to be returned by ordinary post for insurance claims. The cost of ordinary postage will be refunded.

Please note that these pots are handmade and as such are subject to variation in size and glaze quality. All pots supplied will be of First quality, but there will be slight variation in size and colour.

If you are unhappy with the pot(s) sent, you have 7 days to return the items for a refund. Upon my receipt of the undamaged pot(s), I will send the refund for the price of the pot(s) by cheque. Please pack the returns very carefully as broken pots will not be eligable for refund.
